Eiklar zu Schnee schlagen. Dotter, Staubzucker, Margarine, Vanillezucker, Rum schaumig r\u00fchren. Mehl mit Backpulver versieben und mit Milch unter die Dottermasse r\u00fchren.<\/p>\n<p>Zum Schluss den Eischnee unterheben. Kirschen entkernen. Teig in eine 26cm Springform streichen.<\/p>\n<p>Bei 180 Grad goldgelb backen.
