Geliermittel 3:1<br \/>\n350 g Zucker<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><br \/>\nRhabarber waschen, putzen und in etwa vier Zentimeter lange St\u00fccke schneiden. Die Ingwerknolle gut sch\u00e4len und in sehr kleine W\u00fcrfel schneiden. Ingwerw\u00fcrfel, Rhabarberst\u00fccke und Gelierzucker in einem Topf gr\u00fcndlich vermischen, abdecken und \u00fcber Nacht stehen lassen. Danach zum Kochen bringen und in vier Minuten sprudelnd kochen lassen. Den Rhabarber muss man dann noch p\u00fcrieren.
