Vanillezucker<br \/>\n1 Pck. Geliermittel 3:1<br \/>\n350 g Zucker<\/p>\n<p><strong>Zubereitung:<\/strong><br \/>\nDie Himbeeren auftauen lassen. Den Rhabarber in kleine St\u00fccke schneiden und zu den Himbeeren geben. Den Gelierzucker dazu und gut verr\u00fchren. Nach Packungsanleitung zum Kochen bringen und ca. 5 Minuten kochen. rhabarber muss man p\u00fcrieren. Zum Schluss den Vanillezucker einr\u00fchren und hei\u00df in die Gl\u00e4ser f\u00fcllen.
