Mit dem Knoblauch in \u00d6l anbr\u00e4unen, Tomatenmark, Pinienkerne, Kapern, Chili und Oliven hinzuf\u00fcgen und 10 Minuten k\u00f6cheln lassen, dabei etwas Wasser nachgie\u00dfen, wenn die Masse zu stark einkocht. Die Penne in kochendem Salzwasser al dente garen, abgie\u00dfen und gut mit der Sauce vermischen.
